Avoiding Cross Contamination In Your Home

Here are some tips to help you avoid cross contamination
in your home.
  1. Use separate cutting boards.  Designate one as gluten  free.
  2. Colander ( designate one as gluten free).
  3. Toaster, never share toasters anywhere.
  4. Condiments such as butter or cream cheese.  Have gluten free one .
Set up your kitchen so it is easy to eat gluten free.  Label all foods and store
gluten free snacks and foods in a separate area.
