Naturally Gluten Free Choices
Remember that many of the foods that you have in
your kitchen and fridge are already gluten free. Here
is a list to help you sort it all out.
Dairy
Cheese ( all except beer and ale cheese)
Ice Cream ( all plain with out added cookie dough or
brownie flavor, read the label)
Milk
Yogurt (most fruit yogurts are safe)
Fruits and Vegetables
Canned fruits and vegetables (most safe, always read the
label)
All fresh fruits and vegetables
Frozen fruits and vegetables (no sauce)
Meats and Alternatives
Beans, nuts , legumes and seeds
Deli Meats
Eggs
Hummus
Meats, chicken, fish (unprocessed)
Most nut butters
Fats and oils
Butter/Margarine
Salad Dressings (read label)
All oils and oil sprays (not baking spray)
Sauces and Seasonings
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ketchup
Pickles, Olives
Spices
Watch for hidden gluten in BBQ sauce, marinades and sauces.
