Black rice can help with heart health
Many of the antioxidants found in black rice have been
associated to help protect against heart disease.
Flavonoids like those found in black rice have been
shown to help with decreasing the risk of heart disease.
Some research has linked anthocyanins with benefitting
cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
More research has to be done.
