Gluten Free Cookie Tips


Here are some baking tips for the perfect gluten
free cookies.

1.  Let dry and wet ingredients sit at room temperature
before mixing the dough.

2.  Cookies bake best on silicon baking pans.



3.  Try to make all the cookies the same size.  This
will help them bake uniformly.

4.  Make sure your oven temperature is correct.  If your
oven runs hot, you need to reduce the temperature.  This
can be done by using an oven thermometer.

5.  Once done, remove the cookies and let them sit on
the baking sheet a few minutes before removing them.
